Abstract
Investigation of the intensity of X‐ray diffuse scattering by lattice vibrations in indium arsenide along the second‐order symmetry axis is performed and the phonon frequencies of all modes in this direction are determined. An analysis of elliptic modes polarized in the (110) plane is given. Keywords
