Abstract
Four alloys of specified composition in the Cu-Mn-Ni system were tested with respect to their casting behavior under dental laboratory conditions and their electrochemical corrosion behavior in solutions of artificial saliva at 37 C. Results of the testing indicated that it is feasible to develop non-noble metal dental casting alloys with melting points in the range of 1,000 C on the basis of the Cu-Mn-Ni system. Keywords
