Die Bedeutung der Serienangiographie für die Artdiagnose der Hirngeschwülste*

Abstract
Die Bedeutung der zerebralen Angiographie erschöpft sich nicht im Aufzeichnen morphologischer Veränderungen, also Feststellung des Sitzes, der Ausdehnung und Gefäßversorgung einer intrazerebralen Neubildung. Durch eine funktionelle Angiographie wird darüber hinaus eine Klärung der kreislaufpathologischen Besonderheiten der intrazerebralen Veränderungen ermöglicht. Die große Bedeutung einer meßbaren Serienangiographie für die Artdiagnose der Hirngeschwulst konnte auf Grund eines Materials von 1250 Angiographien mit der automatischen Apparatur nach Tönnis und Bergerhoff dargelegt werden. The importance of cerebral angiography is not exhausted by the demonstration of morphologic changes, that will say localisation of the focus, of the extent and the vascularisation of the tumour. By a functional angiography the explanation of pathological circulatory abnormalities in the intracerebral processes is possible. The great importance of mesurable serial angiography for the specific diagnosis of cerebral tumours could be demonstrated through a collection of 1250 angiographies performed with the automatic apparatus of Tönnis and Bergerhoff. La valeur de l'angiographie cérébrale ne consiste pas uniquement à la description de modifications morphologiques permettant la détermination du siège, de l'expansion et de la vascularisation d'une néoformation cérébrale. L'angiographie fonctionnelle permet en outre de préciser las particularités de la circula tion pathologique des modifications cérébrales. L'examen de 1250 angiographies effectuées avec l'appareil automatique de Tönnis et Bergerhoff montre l'importance considérable de l'angiographie sériée mesurable pour le diagnostic des tumeurs du cerveau. La importancia de la angiografía cerebral no reside solamente en la proyección de alteraciones morfológicas, es decir en la determinación de la localización, extensión y vascularización de una neoformación intracerebral. La angiografía funcional permite ilustrarnos asimismo acerca de las particularidades de la circulación patológica intracerebral. Por medio de 1250 angiografías tomadas con el dispositivo automático de Tönnis y Bergerhoff ha podido comprobarse la gran importancia de la angiografía seriada en el diagnóstico etiológico del tumor ecrebral.
