Abstract
Isolated, subcutaneous, rheumatic-like nodules occurred in five children. Auricular myocardial biopsy performed in one child disclosed no evidence of rheumatic fever. Isolated, subcutaneous, rheumatic-like nodules, though rare, should be considered in the differential diagnosis of an enlarging mass on an extremity. Keywords
