Abstract
We have analysed the composition of several samples of lead zirconate-titanate piezoelectric ceramics by Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry (RBS) and shown this method to be consistent to within 1%. The RBS technique is more convenient than chemical or x-ray methods. Keywords
