Abstract
By placing lanolin containing indolepropionic, indole-acetic, indole-butyric or phenylacetic acid on the stigma or the cut surface of the style of a flower mature but seedless fruits were obtained with tomato, Petunia, Salpiglossus and pepper. Fruit development was also initiated in tobacco, snapdragon, begonia, Hubbard and crook-necked summer squashes, cucumber, watermelon, Vallota purpurea, Zephyranthes carinata and Agapanthus umbellatus. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
