Abstract
Vacuum-ultraviolet (vuv) polarization data are presented for the integrated radiation emitted following electron-impact excitation of He and Ne in the energy range from threshold to 500 eV. The data represent an improvement both in accuracy and energy range over those available previously. They can be used as secondary standards for calibrating vuv polarization analyzers and other optical devices. Keywords
