Abstract
The authors present a case of a gigantic cystic craniopharyngioma that was treated with intratumoral injections of bleomycin. The mass had eroded the skull base and extended to the sphenoid bone. A total of eight intratumoral injections through an Ommaya reservoir were given. Six months after treatment, there was complete regression of the lesion and improvement in both visual and endocrinological symptomatology. Keywords
