Abstract
Neonatal intussusception in premature infants is uncommon and may mimic other abdominal disorders. We present a case of intussusception in a very low birthweight neonate. Presenting signs initially suggested necrotizing enterocolitis and meconium disease, and the diagnosis was confirmed at laparotomy. Keywords
