Abstract
A 16-year-old boy with an extensive epidermal nevus and mild scoliosis had a transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. The association of the epidermal nevus syndrome with a variety of other tumors and the rarity of bladder carcinoma in children may make the association more than coincidental. Keywords
