Abstract
The Li, αα)n reaction was studied in a kinematically complete experiment at energies between 28 and 48 MeV. Coincidence spectra show the contribution from the quasifree pLi→α+α reaction. The excitation function of the quasifree reaction cross section at small neutron momenta was extracted and compared with the behavior of the free reaction cross section.
