Abstract
Clobetasol propionate cream, applied intermittently for 2 weeks, induced a rapid clinical and histological clearing of psoriatic infiltrates. The serum cortisol level was transiently lowered. By maintenance therapy, with the corticosteroid given only one day a week, 8 of 12 patients were kept in remission for an average period of 5 months. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
