Abstract
The relationships between e, b, h, d in a rotating body are derived in the laboratory frame. They are utilized, together with suitable boundary conditions, to calculate the fields that arise when conducting or nonconducting bodies of revolution rotate in externally applied dc electric and magnetic fields. Keywords
