Myxomycetes from Greece

Abstract
This paper lists 62 species and one variety of Myxomycetes collected in Greece from August 1954 to August 1955. Of these, 51 constitute new records for Greece. Among those recorded are three species,Echinostelium elachiston,Comatricha synsporos, andC. acanthodes, recently described as new from this collection, and a number of rarely collected species such asLicea castanea, Licea parasitica (stalked form), andLicea biforis, the last of these known in Europe hitherto only from Poland. An undescribed species ofClastoderma and two ofComatricha are also included, but are not named because of paucity of material.
