Abstract
In Riding Mountain National Park, wolves (Canis lupus) and coyotes (C. latrans) overlapped temporally and spatially. Movements of coyotes relative to wolves were not random. Coyotes used active wolf areas, and followed wolf tracks rather than avoiding them. The movements of wolves were not altered by the presence of coyotes. Keywords
