Abstract
Summary: In a patient with multiple sclerosis (MS), dysphasic seizures were the only manifestation of a relapse. There was a strong correlation between time course of seizures and EEG, and between a localized EEG focus and a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)‐verified encephalitic plaque in the left temporal lobe. Keywords
