Abstract
Summary: An elderly woman presented with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria complicated by renal failure which was almost completely reversible. The illness was further complicated by a transient cerebral ischaemic attack and a chest infection with septicaemia due to Pseudomonas aeruginosa from which she died.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
