Abstract

Detns. of Hb in whole blood, erythrocyte count and vol. % made on a series of 155 [male][male] aged 12-18, and 140 [female][female], aged 12-17, without apparent infection, disease, or nutritional deficiency served to establish values by sex and yr. or age but chronological age is not an exact measure of physiological development during adolescence.
