Abstract
Clonazepam, a unique benzodiazepine with anticonvulsant and serotonin enhancing capacity, can be used in conjunction with conventional psychopharmacologic agents to treat a variety of psychiatric conditions including schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, and psychotic mania. Three representative case studies are presented and specific guidelines for the use of clonazepam are discussed. Keywords
