Abstract
Taro seeds were germinated in vitro on several media. When the surfactant octadecyl-polyethoxyethanol was present at 5 mM concentration, growth was restricted and considerable proliferation occurred followed by the appearance of five to ten shoot tips. Callus formation occurred in one cultivar in response to 15 ppm IAA.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
