Abstract
Dalradian rocks in west Perthshire contain structures which resemble either current bedding or graded bedding, but have been formed by tectonic deformation or by mineralogical reconstitution. As the dominant banding of the rocks in the area investigated is of tectonic, not sedimentary, origin, the few sedimentary structures that remain are of no value in the interpretation of stratigraphic sequence or of major structure. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
