Abstract
Three cases of nonneoplastic stricture of the cervical esophagus and pharynx repaired by free jejunal transfer are reported. This technique permits repair of various circumferential defects of the pharynx and esophagus in a single stage without compromising laryngeal function. None of the patients required subsequent dilatation to restore satisfactory swallowing. Keywords
