Abstract
During the 82nd Annual Air & Waste Management Association meeting in Anaheim, California, researchers presented preliminary results from the 1987 Southern California Air Quality Study (SCAQS), which was conducted in the South Coast Air Basin. This paper describes the background and study design for SCAQS, presents summaries of the papers presented in the SCAQS Symposium at the A&WMA meeting, and describes the data analysis and air quality modeling efforts currently in progress as part of the SCAQS program. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
