Abstract
A study was made of physicochemical conditions and benthic macroinvertebrate community structure in a stream receiving domestic and oil refinery effluents. Measures derived from information theory, diversity per individual and redundancy, were found to be more precise measures of stream conditions as reflected by benthic macroinvertebrate populations than traditional methods. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
