Abstract
This is one of a series of ant population studies and it correlates with a previous paper on populations of two species of Leptolhorax (Headley, 1943), in which other ant population works were cited, and with a more recent study of Myrmica sckencki ssp. emeryana Forel (Talbot, 1945). The paper deals with Aphaenogaster fulva ssp. aquia Buckley, a myrmicine ant which is rather widely distributed in the northeastern United States. Keywords
