Abstract
The negative bands of nitrogen were photographed with a mixture which contained about 15 percent of N15. The 0→0, 1→0 and 0→1 bands of the N14 – N15 molecule were analyzed. Their position is within the limits of experimental errors where the elementary theory of the isotopic shifts predicts them. The bands do not show any intensity alternations and there are no perturbations at the places where the corresponding bands of ordinary nitrogen have them. Keywords
