Abstract
The authors describe the results of Monte Carlo simulations of the spin-1/2 Heisenberg antiferromagnet on the honeycomb lattice. They find that the staggered magnetisation is nonzero and given, quite accurately, by spin-wave theory. Similar results have been found earlier for the square lattice. Keywords
