Abstract
A high speed camera is described which was constructed to take single frame photographs of prebreakdown luminescence. The exposure time is 13 ns and the instant at which shuttering occurs can be varied in increments of 5 ns over a period of 300 ns following the initial detection of luminosity. The camera is relatively inexpensive and is simple to construct. Keywords
