These include suspension systems that adjust to driving conditions; air bags; a driver information system that tells the driver when to change the oil, calculates instantaneous and average figures for fuel economy and fuel range, distance to destination, estimated time of arrival, the elapsed time, and average speed; multiplexing; and onboard diagnostics.
