Abstract
Two strains of mice were investigated, 1 sensitive and the other relatively resistant to the anaphylactogenic effect of i.v. administered immune complexes. The effect on glomerular deposition of immune complexes in animals of both strains treated with vasoactive amine depletors or antagonists showed that vasoactive amines do not play a major part in the glomerular localization of immune complexes.
