Abstract
We study the hydrodynamic magnetoplasma modes of a two-dimensional metallic strip deposited on a dielectric substrate. The ‘‘anomalous’’ dependence on the magnetic field, which has been predicted for different geometries, is also found in this case. We compare the effect of different equilibrium densities on the spectrum and analyze its dependence on the strip width. An analytical solution is reported for the case of the zero-field regime. Keywords
