Abstract
An impurity system of two neutral and two ionised donors is considered. For certain specified configurations of this system all four one-electron tunnel transitions are energetically prohibited while a simultaneous jump of both electrons can lead to the release of energy. These double tunnel jumps can contribute into the activationless hopping conductivity. Keywords
