Abstract
Magnetic turbulence ( kHz) has been measured both internal and external to a tokamak plasma as the edge is varied from 0.6 to 3. The radial and poloidal spatial dependences of the coherence are investigated. The spatial and frequency dependences of the fluctuations are similar over the wide range of .
