Strongly Oscillating Angular Distributions in the Reaction(,)atMeV

Abstract
The elastic scattering of on and the reaction (, ) have been measured at MeV. The elastic-scattering angular distribution exhibits a smooth Fresnel-type diffraction pattern, whereas for the (, ) reaction we observe strong oscillations in the ground- state transition.
