Abstract
Three-dimensional (3D) surface reconstruction techniques were applied to sets of computed tomographic (CT) images of the thoracic cavity. Emphasis was placed on extracting lung images. High quality, detailed 3D images of the lung surface and internal bronchial and vascular structures were produced. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
