Abstract
This is a report of extensive metastases of histologically benign uterine leiomyomas to para‐aortic lymph nodes in a 32‐year‐old woman. The pathologic features and clinical characteristics are described, and the previously recorded experience with this rare entity is reviewed.Keywords
