Abstract
High field and high temperature heat-treatment equipment was developed, using an 11 T liquid helium-free superconducting magnet with a 52 mm diameter room temperature bore. The newly developed heat-treatment system enables us to carry out an experiment, continuously, at 10 T and at temperatures up to 1200° C for a few weeks or months. As a performance test, a high field seeding process for YBa2Cu3O7 bulk at 10 T and about 1000° C for 3 days is developed, to improve the crystallinity of the YBa2Cu3O7 bulk. Keywords
