Abstract
Chlorella pyrenoidosa (Emerson strain) was grown under high and under low irradiance. Measurements of the O2 flash yield and the P700 absorption change gave estimates for the ratio of photoreaction centers RC2/RC1 at 1.2 to 1.5. A background light 1 did not increase flash yield. Keywords
