Abstract
A method is described for determination of serum and tissue total, phospholipid and hydrolyzable phosphorus using chloric acid digestion and subsequent formation and reduction of a phosphomolybdate complex with N-phenyl-P-phenylenediamine. This method compares well with established methods and possesses the advantages of ease of digestion color development and handling and stability of color complex. Keywords
