Abstract
A [human] case of hamartoma of the spleen is reported. Radiographic examination revealed a mass containing innumerable calcifications in the left upper quadrant. Angiography demonstrated an avascular mass. Such calcification and avascularity are late manifestations of a slowly growing splenic tumor which may be hypervascular if examined earlier. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
