Abstract
Two cases of takotsubo cardiomyopathy occurred after pacemaker implantation, both in elderly women who received a dual-chamber pacemaker for complete atrioventricular block. They had persistent left ventricular dysfunction even during their convalescence. (Circ J 2006; 70: 641 - 644)Keywords
