Abstract
Steroid rosacea is a facial dermatitis clinically resembling acne rosacea. Fluorinated topical steroids were implicated as the cause or precipitating factor in previous case reports involving adults. Cases (4) of pediatric acne rosacea associated with the use of topical fluorinated glucocorticosteroids are described. The process worsened during the 2 wk after steroid cessation. Fluorinated glucocorticosteroids should not be used on the face of infants and children. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
