Abstract
Hybrid hybridomas producing bispecific antibodies against α-subunit of hCG and Pd-coproporphyrin are obtained by using FACS. Conjugates of Pd-coproporphyrin with different proteins are tested for better sensitivity in micelle stabilized phosphorescent immunoassay. The role of steric factors for interaction of immobilized antibodies with antigens are discussed. Keywords
