Abstract
Specialized transducing lines of phage λ carrying segments between thr and car from the E. coli chromosome have been isolated. With help of these phages it has been shown that the gene sup S20 (Böck et al., 1974) corresponds to rpsT, the structural gene for ribosomal protein S20.This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
