Abstract
Depolarization-current measurements in single crystals of naphthalene showed evidence of formation of a Schottky barrier during the polarization of the thermoelectret. The analysis of the results, according to the simple model of total ionization of centers, provides the value of 0.5 × for the number of ionized centers in the depleted layer.
