Abstract
The surface tension of solid tin was determined as a function of temperature over a small temperature range near the melting point. The results are considered from the standpoint of the present theories of solid surface tension. Extrapolation of the results to the melting point gives a value of 514 erg/cm2.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
