Abstract
The main features in hereditary tyrosinaemia are liver damage leading to cirrhosis, and renal tubular defects with hypophosphataemic rickets (4). Pain attacks in the abdomen and legs, similar to those seen in acute intermittent porphyria, and hypertensive crisis, have been reported in this disorder (4). We report here a boy with similar symptoms and signs but who also had diabetes mellitus. Keywords
