Abstract
Amyl salicylate incites a decided feeding response in tobacco hornworm moths, (Phlegethontius carolina), inducing a natural attraction to artificial flowers. Large numbers of tobacco moths and other Sphingidae were caught in traps baited with amyl salicylate. Amyl benzoate is also very attractive. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
