Abstract
The author argues that not enough research effort is devoted to the policy process or the implementation of policy in the Australian marine sector. Oil and gas and fisheries are briefly considered. An analytical scheme is suggested to examine marine resource policy issues. It is hoped that the paper will stimulate research work in marine policy by those working in fields such as political science, public policy, management and public administration. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
