Aplasia Cutis Congenita with Dystrophic Nail Changes

Abstract
Two cases of aplasia cutis congenita are presented. The first case was in a child with a localized defect on her scalp. The second case was in an adult male who had extensive symmetrical involvement of his trunk and thighs, two lesions on the scalp and dystrophic changes in his nails. Nail dystrophy associated with aplasia cutis congenita has been described only once previously.
